A Beautiful Morning!
Coffee, newspaper, toast, and cereal on the breakfast menu this morning.
Then....a little "field hand work"
"My" version of Silver Sneakers workout, yard therapy, 
and sweat therapy all rolled into together...
Front, Side, Backyard mowed & trimmed.
Worked a bit in the raised garden beds,
Yummy Garden Candy !
Fixed a PBJ sandwich and relaxed a bit before hubby came home from volunteering at the hospital. We caught up on a few things, I did some office work then started dinner...
Work like a field hand--eat like a field hand, LOL!
