Happy Homemaker Monday 6-23-25

 Because of already being under a heat advisory I managed to get out for a meandering mile+

Surprisingly I'm not near as sore as I thought I would be after doing the Run Wild Trail race yesterday..

One more Monday this month to link up with Sandra...Let's get with it.

Did I mention the high temps for this week...this Northern Indiana gal is ready for Fall/Winter.

** As I look outside my window **

Hazy conditions...Oh Wait it's the dirty window [sigh]...I see the Sun Shining BRIGHT!

 ** Right now I am **

Eating breakfast, drinking coffee, working on this post. Mr has already left for his volunteer shift at the hospital.

Changed into light weight clothes, Much needed adjustment this morning after the Trail Run yesterday.

Feel better than I expected...70 isn't so bad😉

Working on a few of the movies I recorded...Not sure what it says about our 'character' but we've been recording Criminal Minds to watch as well.

Baked a Whole Chicken before it got really hot outside for tonight's dinner and leftovers. I may take meat off the bone and make Chicken Salad.

I did get the bedroom & Office floors re-treated again...

Thank goodness for 'Floor Shine'--unfortunately the floors really absorb the wax. I'm OK with that being that they've been covered for 30+ years and are starving for some Love!

Luckily, I had a friend whose son has moved back and had a bunch of sturdy moving boxes to get rid of...new revised Kitten Kompound working for now [we had a breakout from other set-up]
