Along with Thunder Snow and Thunder Lightning! What a Winter this is going to be...what it's NOT doing is keeping me from getting outside and enjoying some brisk air.

Being outside during walk/run training whether I only do 1 mile or more I LOVE the fresh air.

Our silly PunkN...he's getting back to his ornery silly self.

And he better be! 

After spending 75$ for multiple shots, and a flea bath. 

The Mr wasn't to enthused when I told him ''we'' were getting a LOT of flea/tick granules to treat the basement and outside lawn. Apparently, they do not die even in cold harsh temps.
