Instead of mentioning how chaotic life has been, let me say I've ''decluttered'' the past 1 1/2 weeks...Tune in tomorrow for the what-for's...

Though it's not showing here the weather channel says we'll be getting severe weather late tonight...

** As I look outside my window **
It's been a busy productive morning, and almost noon current temp of 72°

Working on this post while snacking on grapes...

Lightweight leggings, and t-shirt...

 Proud of myself! I completed Derby Half and though my time wasn't what I wanted, I finished upright !

Letting the DVR load with shows as we both haven't had time to really sit and watch much, plus we've put the outdoor TV in the cabinet so spending time out there...

Make decision about upcoming race, not sure I'm able to complete another Half-Marathon after the past two weekends activities,

I have multiple meetings this week,
Work at Waffle Stop [Thurs],
Get the G'Kid to work this week,
Banking & Bill pay,
 OFFICE ORGANIZED !!! a Must...

** Today's Motivation **

Using SMART acronym:

SpecificThe goal should be clear and precise while also serving as MY personal motivator.

Measurable: The goal should be something that can be objectively measured so that I can accurately track progress.

Achievable: The goal should be realistic enough to obtain yet challenging enough to push ME beyond MY regular routine.

Relevant: The goal needs to feel important to ME and align with other fitness-related aspirations.

Time-bound: This provides a deadline and will help stay on task & keep the outcome goal a priority.
