I shared in yesterday's post about going to my first time ever Chiropractor appointment. I was nothing I had expected. Not bad by any means. I had range of motion percentage scans and x-rays done from the waist up. Dr Walker said I was in really good shape for an 'almost' 70 yr old. Nothing real serious [thank goodness] but like 40-70% of the population I have one leg, my left, that is just a scooch longer than my right. I'm just now getting slight spine curvature in the lowest area making my pelvic/hip off kilter. Everything is easy to adjust and had my first one yesterday.
*** Tuesday ***
Went for my first walk after yesterdays 'adjustment' and all I can say is WOW ! This is the first time in a couple of months that I didn't have any Twinge whatsoever on my left side!
Well not really...but I felt great after getting todays walk in...another adjustment coming Thursday and I can't wait to tell Dr Walker how well I feel. Does this mean I'm skipping out on future adjustments?? Heck No... I'm all about taking care of this 'ol body and making sure I can be as active as possible. I've got HEFTY Goals set for myself - this is just the beginning.
Stay Tuned!!
