A bit sad 😢, part of the no blogging was from losing the Mr [best friend] & my friend last week. We had the best visit with him a week ago Friday, then BAM! woke up with text message that he was moved to ICU and not expected to make it.

A successful Chiropractor appointment this morning, Dr Walker tells me 'the power is back on [LOL]'. We talked about my upcoming adventures with trail walk/running and making additional plans for adjustments for these 'ole hips.
