Unexpected appointment, But so glad I got in

This...this is what I think about my teeth and my Love ~ Hate ~ Love with my Dentist. People don't think when they see me just how 'sickly' I was as a kid. If a illness was a.n.y.w.h.e.r.e. near me I caught it and brought it home to the other kids [of course] ! Back in the olden days the treatment for most everything was Penicillin--like the REAL deal Penicillin and I took Lots of it. Little did people know the ramifications from taking so much would be detrimental to teeth health. So that, along with my pregnancy where my kid apparently sucked what ever was left of fluoride/calcium I had in me...left me with teeth rotting away and sensitive to anything cold. My dentist from years ago did what he could pulling [bastard on the chair arms pulling] and bonded my teeth. It took years for me to come to terms with the knowledge that all dentists Don't climb up on chair arms, hence my total disdain of dentists. Over the years I only went when Absolutely necessary, some because of money that I didn't have, mostly because I just Hate a dentist.
Moving to Kentucky the 'kid' was how I got my current dentist.
He is Wonderful ! As a dentist and as a Person. He does listen when I tell him I Hate You but Love you too! So over the last 30ish years I go when I HAVE to, he makes sure I know what All my options are, has performed right & left side top bridges, and couple root canals [I'd rather go through Natural childbirth than to do them] so when a couple weeks ago I noticed a 'swelling' in my gum I knew [insert Huge sigh] there's a abscess beginning...fearing the worst a root canal. I made the appointment and was going to wait it out, well, the abscess created quite the problem with eating and brushing said bad teeth. Making a call to see if there were cancellations only to be put on a -to call- list....they called can I come in at Wednesday12:30 Right smack dab in the middle of my Bible Study time. Umm sorry God my mouth & teeth hurts and off I went. Low and behold the tooth has to be pulled, 🙆go for it!
Then the plan was for the area to 'heal' 24-48 hrs and needed the pus sack to come out, and yeah of course HE could poke around and get it..VETO that idea...I paid the bill and headed home where I took LOTS of Ibuprofen and rested.

Here's what I did at home...
pulled that pus sack right on out ! #imABadAss

Followed up appointment 48 hrs later resulted in a bottom Bridge...Let the healing continue,
Dr Hankla Still Love/Hate you, Jus Say'n.
