I don't need to tell ya how far behind I continue to be with blog, but I will say it's been a Busy, Great vacation last week & busy working weekend.

It's a good day to get outside for a while...sun is up, only slight breeze.

Working on this post, finishing up notes for radio segment,

A Runners Mom and More every Monday morning talking all things running with opinions on whatever else I decide to comment on..which often times gets me called down to meet with either the city Mayor or county Judge Exec. 

** OOTD **

Outdoor work clothes first - then showering before heading to Mahjongg wearing light leggings?? and race shirt.

** Thinking and pondering [how I'm feeling] **

Almost overwhelmed...almost. I need to catchup on so much stuff. I made my list while working races this past weekend...titling it 'Try My Best' for this week.

[who am I kidding, this just might be for the rest of the year🤣]

** What I'm reading **

Finished all of the Fern Michaels Sisterhood series, then found a book at the extension office book swap area titled 'I Am Still Alive' by Kate Alice Marshall started it over the weekend and talk about intense! Whew, It will take me a while to read it. And of course daily devotion for Spiritual reading, not sure when I'll pick up/resume a self-improvement/business related read.

** TV Shows this week **

All I can say is thank goodness for DVR, and that's all I'm gonna say 'bout that!

I feel I'm on a good track so far. I'm also on track to have credit card [current amt owed=2532$] paid off in 3'ish months, did my first doubling up paying my dental bill [current amt owed=2540$] goal to have paid off by NLT August..

It's way to early to get balm barded with PurrKids...which is why the Mr is in charge of them...

But first I was able to get a bit of next week planning done before packet pick-up,

Brought my new hiking/weather proof boots to wear since this is a trail race.

No wet feet for me!

I was here last year and couldn't wait to see the house again...

It was Amazing to see all the work they've been able to do in a year's time...

As I mentioned this is a trail race, I started walking around the field where runners would be going through when out of no where there was this Bradford Pear tree...all by it's self...standing tall and perfectly shaped! 

Beautiful seeing God & Mother Nature's work.

Proceeds from the race will benefit Midway History Museum, a 501(c)-3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the historical legacy of Midway, Kentucky. Since April 2022, Midway Museum volunteers have operated a museum and visitors center in the City Hall building at 101 East Main Street.

The whole atmosphere was Sooo different. Runners were excited, there was more enthusiasm, high energy, positive vide, the Whole works !
