Blog 365 ~ a bit of This & That then Worship Wednesday

 It's a super pack Wednesday for me so after getting breakfast done, the hubby off to 'work', and the daily household chores I got to work outside mowing and getting some weed eating done,

I managed to get the front done in time 

for a quick shower...

 spifted up for Garden Club Derby Luncheon !

No Hat for me though. Don't like them and didn't 

think about making a fascinator.

We've been collecting various seeds for Eastern Ky flood victims.

'Fancy Like' with lipstick and all...

the center pieces were arranged by different

Garden Club members with 1 lucky winner

from each table got to take it home.

Visitors are always Welcomed, and given the opportunity

to ask questions about the club before deciding 

if they want to join.

Todays speaker was columnist Tom Eblen from the

Lexington Herald Leader. Derby theme event = Derby 

photos from all the years he's been covering the race.

FOOD!! 

Amazing food....Chicken breast lightly fried with berry sauce,

on a bed of grits, with asparagus Oh My Yum...

Derby themed cookies for desert...

club member Mimi who was Hilarious! And informed me I need to

start sitting with her at meetings...this way she's not the

only one getting in trouble...OMG!!!!

Once I got home it was time to finish up with the

mowing [side & backyard]

and weed eating. It's one of those days...

Another shower to clean up, light dinner with the hubs

and off we went to the evening edition

of Bible Study at FBC

Back home and changed into relax [bum sweats] clothes 

then crash for hour watching TV then early bedtime.
