Good Morning and Merry Christmas again! I made a post when I first got up this morning read & see it HERE - I wasn't sure if there was going to be a HHM, but oh so glad there is....Linking up this Christmas morning with Sandra at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom [added & changed a categories for the 'New Year']. Secretly I hope Sandra continues with her HHM series along with Blog 365 in the New year...🤞

One of the Christmas projects the Kiwanis did last week was packing 75 Christmas gift bags with a variety of items for Arnold Towers an assisted living facility for Seniors.

Wednesday evening I'm headed with a few friends to early dinner then go see the Christmas lights at The Ark.

My friend MJ... She just can-not seem to get a break this year. Her hubby has Dementia/Alzheimer's and isn't doing well at all, then her youngest daughter has had a very difficult time with her pregnancy resulting in losing the baby...MJ is with her now and missing out on celebrating the holidays. I'm sad ☹ for her, I'm sad for me, because I'm not sure what to say....I do however know how to 'just BE' and that's what I'll do when MJ gets home...

Shopping for a couple last minute 'want' Christmas items only to pass Valentine candy already on the shelf....Good Lord, can we at least do Christmas first??

Found this dandelion .....hanging in there like a ''hair in a Biscuit''!!

An extra day of MahJongg with friends was appreciated & needed! We laughed so hard today our sides hurt....wine may have been involved 😉 JusSayin.

Thinking becoming a member of Kiwanis was one of the Best decisions I've made....

72 packed for the Seniors at a local assisted living facility...

a GARMIN challenge earned yesterday during my CCE hike....

Low key day...managed to get several items accomplished from my to-do list. Pondered a decision from a ''friend'' regarding a decision I [ along with the CCE organizer ] made for the 2024 Hike Potluck. Returned a text msg to her and not losing any sleep over it, it is what it is!

Went to Bible Study,

How is it that sermons hit the spot you need ON the day you need !! Thank you Dr Briscoe.

Getting more items organized for upcoming Christmas, everything is wrapped and ready away from the PurrKids of course. Spaghetti on the menu for tonight, making extra for leftovers tomorrow with a salad.

Blog 365 [almost] ~ Hiking Tuesday w/a BUNCH of photos, grab a drink and enjoy!!

 Casey County Explorers gathered at Joy Tarter's cabin[s]--Yes there were 2!! All I can say is I truly have great friends that have done exceptionally well for themselves and are willing to share what they have. I wasn't able to attend last year for the hike at Joy's..they enjoyed singing Christmas carols around the campfire after lunch and we made that possible again this year. 

Bundled up was a must for this morning...around 22° [Brrr]

Then a short hike for me 2.6 miles...seeing a decoy 'duck' that looked so Real,,,

We crossed through a small stream...

I became obsessed with these rocks so had Gal Pal Margaret pose for me...

Then back to the cabins for soup, chili, hot dogs and fellowship...
